This costume was a late edition to the costume parade, and it turned out to be one of my favorites. It started when I found a royal blue onesie, and it grew from there.
The basic construction is pretty simple. It's a circle skirt attached to a blue onesie. I created the insignia by printing it out from the interwebs, and then tracing it to felt. It's not perfect, and I didn't quite get it centered evenly. The "boots" are leg warmers crafted from girl's socks. I had every intention of making a little cape to snap onto the shoulders of the onesie, but I ran out of steam.
