A few months ago, I ordered a stack of books from Amazon. Among them was Wee Wonderfuls: 24 Dolls to Sew and Love.

I've read Hillary Lang's blog, Wee Wonderfuls for quite a while, but have never purchased any of her patterns. I didn't think my stitching skills would be up to snuff to tackle them.

Last week, I finally cracked the book open, and immediately set to work making the Tag-Along Doll. And now I just want to make more.

The truth is that there are improvements that could be made. My stitching is still uneven and the stuffing is a bit lumpy, but I'm thrilled with the results nonetheless. And will immediately start making more. One of my college roommates is expecting her 3rd little girl a few days before I'm due, and I would like to make 2 of these to send along with the baby gift.

And there are lots more projects in the book that I would like to tackle... Eventually.
