But here's the thing. When you enter items into the fair, you are invited to come to the fair the night before it opens to view the exhibit. Because I live 2 hours away, I couldn't attend. So last year, I gave my parents the ticket for the preview, and they attended. And LOVED it. They got to look at the exhibit without crowds and looked at all the knitting, needlework, and the quilts. And the quilts are a.m.a.z.i.n.g. So a few weeks ago my mom got nervous and started asking whether I had finished my projects for this year's fair. Luckily, I had a few things that I could submit.
This is what I settled on.
Each project has its flaws, but I think it's an eclectic group of non-traditional projects. And well, that's my favorite part.
Each project has been tagged and will be delivered today.
My parents will let me know how I did when they attend the preview, and at some point I will make it there to see for myself. And to have a corn dog.
