Another favorite meal.

When I was in law school, I had about a 2 week stretch where I ate almost nothing but Buffalo wings. I'm not sure what came over me but I ate them for lunch and dinner either out or from my own efficiency apartment mini oven via the frozen food aisle. It was bizarre, but probably not that bizarre considering in college I survived on bagels, ham sandwiches, and Crystal Light for 4 years. And then as fast as the Buffalo wing (with a side of ranch) craving came, it left. As an aside, I have a lot of food idiosyncrasies. I'm a walking Seinfeld episode in that regard.

But I still eat wings on occasion, and there's a couple of local bars that we've been known to frequent to watch football and eat sauced wings.

Continuing in the creation of felt meals, I give you hot wings.

Wings 01

From the color, you can tell they are hot, hot, hot. To beat the heat, some refreshing celery all served in a white "paper" tray.

Wings 02

The thing about this felt food is that I'm so smitten with the finished products. For something made with felt and embroidery floss they are pretty realistic.

Chicken wings are a college staple for sure. I ate many, many wings at the Vine in my day.
