Parade of Christmas Knits: Scarves for my Sisters

I've never seen either of my sisters wear scarves. I'm not sure if this is because they don't like them or they don't have any. When I was knitting the scarf for my grandma, my younger sister said that she'd like a scarf like the one I was knitting. So I started knitting one, and my older sister then said that the one I was working on would match both of her winter coats.

So, that one was gifted to her.

Noro Scarf v 2 03

And I made second one for my younger sister.

Bridget's Scarf

I like both of them, and would have been happy keeping either for myself. But I didn't.

The Specs:
Pattern: Drop Stitch Scarf (Ravelry Link)
Yarn: Noro Kureyon
Needles: US 10

This pattern, in this yarn, on those needles creates a really nice drapey fabric. And while it is kinda sorta a wee bit itchy - it softens up quite a bit after washing. You may think that I got completely sick of knitting this pattern, but you are wrong. It's quick to knit, easy to memorize, and a breeze.
