I saw this on Sunday. Today, Monday, I got out of bed early and went to the gym. Getting there is 80% of the battle for me. Once there, I ran/ walked on the treadmill (it was dark and rainy outside). I ran 20 minutes of alternating 4 minutes running with 1 minute walking (as part of my modified Couch to 5K program). Followed up by 15 minutes on a stationary bike and some weights. And so today I'm saying it again - Tomorrow.

I have a knitting group that meets once a week. When you're in Perry again, let me know. We would love to have a guest "speaker/knitter".
Mostly we laugh and do a little knitting. It's at my house, so let me know when you're coming to town and we can plan an evening and bring you mom!!
