A Halloween Treat.

Here's a last minute Halloween treat...
eyeballs 3
Oreo Eyeballs
1 package Oreos, crushed
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
Almond Bark
Red Frosting
Blue or Green Frosting

Using a food processor combine the Oreos and cream cheese. Form into walnut sized balls. Place a toothpick into each. Freeze for approximately 30 - 60 minutes or until firm. Meanwhile, melt the almond bark according to package instructions. Dip the balls in the almond bark using toothpick. Remove toothpick and set on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. When the almond bark is hard, decorate using the red icing to pipe on veins and the remaining ingredients to form the iris and pupil.

Here is the costume we did for my niece's 2nd Halloween: Chickens.

Oh, and you better watch out, because I just found out how to make Pilgrim Hat cookies.
