Slow Progress...

Here's the current state of the Ribbons baby blanket. It's larger than the circular needles that I'm using, so it is difficult to photograph.

It's slow progress. The pattern grows by 8 stitches on every other round and alternates 8 rows of purl and 8 rows of knit. The purl rows are killing my hands for some reason. It may be the needles I'm using, so I might stop and get a different set tomorrow.

I have some other project lined up for the next few weeks.
Small projects include a bunny and a few cupcake hats for upcoming birthdays.
I also purchased the pattern for Green Gable this morning, because I like the pattern and actually have enough of the suggested yarn to complete it. I'll be using Cotton Fleece in malibu blue (discontinued). It's leftover from when I made Gigi. But, I am going to try my hardest not to start this until I've finished Something Red Black.

I purchased and started Green Cable this weekend! Great minds...I've done a few of the increase rounds, and it's knitting up nicely. I think you'll really enjoy it.
