Tagged.

Um.. I don't usually do these meme things, but I was tagged by Laura and therefore will oblige..

Pick 5 of the following and then complete the sentences. Then pass it on to 3 more of your blog friends! But no tag backs!

The Premise (pick 5):
If I could be a scientist?
If I could be a farmer?
If I could be a musician?

If I could be a doctor?
If I could be a painter?
If I could be a gardener?
If I could be a missionary?
If I could be a chef?
If I could be an architect?
If I could be a linguist?

If I could be a psychologist?
If I could be a librarian?
If I could be an athlete?

If I could be a lawyer?
If I could be an inn-keeper?
If I could be a professor?

If I could be a writer?

If I could be a llama-rider?
If I could be a bonnie pirate?
If I could be an astronaut?
If I could be a world famous blogger?
If I could be a justice on any one court in the world?
If I could be married to any current famous political figure

1. If I could be a lawyer? I am a lawyer. I've been through law school hell, and am now looking for the perfect job for me. But if I was working as a lawyer (at my ideal job), I would set up my own non-profit firm specializing in helping low income women with legal issues, but also providing social services and job placement. It would probably include a shelter. But for now, I'm a little disenchanted about the entire justice system, and am looking for a job that will do some good and inspire me. I think I may have found one, and have the interview next week.

2. If I could be a justice on any one court in the world? The U.S. Supreme Court. Hands down. I'd set some things straight, and keep it from going astray; meaning I would adamantly protect civil rights of all kinds.

3. If I could be a chef? I would be a pastry chef. I love to bake, and actually have contemplated going to culinary school from time to time. Ultimately, restaurant industry hours just suck too much.

4. If I could be an inn-keeper? I would own a little inn in the French Quarter or Marigny area of New Orleans. It would be very small, just a few rooms, and I would live in a kickass apartment in the back with a courtyard.

5. If I could be an architect? This was my original major in college. In the end, it was way too intense for me. But I would love to work on historic preservation and restoration. Preserve their history, but give them modern uses.

Just about all the blogs that I read have answered this one. So for now, this ends here. But if you haven't responded, consider yourself tagged.
